“I am particularly interested in strength training, weight loss, muscle building and body composition. More than anything, I want to change people’s lives with fitness and teach people how to be confident and more skilled on the gym floor. I want people to be the best versions of themselves no matter what their goal is.”

Bella Cheshire

About: my fitness journey started when I was doing forward rolls down the hallway when I was 2 years old. My parents instantly knew I would be a gymnast. I competed at national and international levels. I knew after finishing up gymnastics I wanted to keep my fitness so I signed up to a gym and found my love for lifting weights. My love for lifting weights has now turned into powerlifting.

My goal is to help my clients get stronger then they ever thought they could!

Patrick Baldock

Patrick’s fitness journey started when I began playing rugby union at school. When Patrick started training frequently in the school gym he noticed how much stronger he became and how much his performance on the field improved too.

Since Patrick moved to Sydney at the end of 2021 to pursue his rugby union career with the Sydney Uni Colts, he realised that his journey in the gym was so impactful to his goals. Patrick then became passionate about helping others have the same experience.

“My goal is to achieve my clients’ results and get them to be their healthiest version of themselves.
