Six months' ago I was someone who was really hesitant to join a gym and commit to regular exercise. Now, thanks to SSYC, I really enjoy going to the gym and in particular I love my weekly SSYC training sessions! I can't thank Simon and Tate enough for their encouragement, commitment, and making training fun! I've achieved goals I never thought were attainable. I've learnt so much from nutritional pointers to new work-outs and the guys are always available if I have questions. I have been training with SSYC for almost a year and I cannot hype them up enough! Simon Says You Can have worked with me tirelessly over time to identify diet and training goals, work towards them and ultimately smash every single one! They are thoughtful and insightful, catering each session to my particular needs and requests. They are also adaptable and responsive, changing it up when necessary. SSYC definitely know their stuff – I feel confident that when I ask questions, I will get a considered and educated response. They hold me accountable and uphold their commitment to me by tracking measurements and progress and conducting regular program reviews.
