Here at SimonSaysYouCan we understand what it is like to be lost and have no guidance, that is why we offer a FREE Fitness jump-start to everyone who wants to take the first step to better themselves.
Fitness Jump-start
How we run the fitness jump-start:
In the Fitness Jump-start we find out about your previous experience with training and nutrition then find out what your goals are. Next we take you out on the gym floor and have a session, this will allow us to show you how we can put you on the right path to get to your goals. We will also provide you with some expert tips and recommendations to make sure you going in the right direction to achieving your goals.

We have a three pillars system to get you to your goals.
Skill-set
Technique: We provide expert advice on technique with every exercise to reduce the risk of injury and get the most out of every rep.
Nutrition information: is where most clients struggle. We cut through the crap and teach you the importance factors behind calories and macro nutrients.
Right path: You can do any workout in the gym, but will it help you get to your goals? That is why we need to put you on the right path. We will put you in the right direction to make sure youre going to get those goals you want.
Mind-set
Support system: we provide all our clients with 24 hour access to contact our coaches and encourage you to become a part of our social group to ask questions and never feel like you’re alone.
Motivation: we keep our clients motivated by setting small goals to achieve results and keep their mind positive at all times.
Accountability: This lets the clients know that we are always keeping them accountable for their results via tracking their data (both nutrition and tracking).
Tool-set
The tools we give you provide structure with nutrition and training programs. This allows us be on track with your goals and take measurements to see results.
Teambuildr: This is our online app, which has your tailored program. It contains videos of each exercise, the sets and reps you need to perform. This takes the hard work of thinking about what to do in the gym and allows you to easily have structure to your workouts.
Myfitnesspal: This App allows the clients to track their calories and make nutrition easier with the help of using online data base to search for foods.
Measurements: We track client’s measurements each month, this is because we want to make sure they are heading in the right direction and keeping on track. We do body fat tests, girth measurements and photos to provide you with real information that shows your progress over time.
